The spread of the Sneak Feast!
Look at how majestic the area is! The Cafe can host up to 300 persons! It looks like a theatre but instead of a musical show, it's a live cooking show!

On June 14 - 16, 2016, be ready for "Cantonese Treasures" as Cantonese chefs Xi Qing Hui and Zhao Pan Fei from Hyatt Regency Dongguan will be coming to bring in authentic Cantonese cuisine experience. For those who are unfamiliar with China, Dongguan is located in Guangdong where Cantonese cuisine has its roots!

What's Cantonese food without dimsum? :)
Fried rice with scallops, carrots, asparagus & shrimps
Look at all those roast ducks! Very YUMMY!

For those wanting a more exotic, adventurous and unfamiliar taste, be prepared for "The Road to Gurgaon, India" on July 17 - 24, as Chef Ajith Kumar from Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, New Delhi, India takes over The Cafe. Aside from bringing in legit Indian spices, I heard he's also going to bring in a tandoori oven! I commend this effort that Hyatt is doing to give the best Indian gustatory experience to all those who will be coming to The Cafe!

Expect these dishes to be transformed into its authenticity as Indian Chef Kumar flies in!
Chana Chat: Fried chickpeas with Indian Spices. Crispy and light!
Aloo Chat: Fried potatoes in Indian spices topped with tomatoes, onions and pomegranate.
Polak Shorba - Indian spinach soup
I love how the Polak Shorba tasted. It has a very fresh aroma of spinach and a hint of seafood bisque.
Look at that goodness!
Butter curry chicken
Chicken 65: Fried chicken with Indian spices and lots of chopped chilis
Kachumber Salad: Cucumber, tomatoes, onions in Indian Vinaigrette
Kerela Prawn Masala: Prawns fried with masala curry sauce
Macchi Amritsari: Salmon rolled in chickpeas powdered and fried to this crispy wonder!
I usually like lamb with lots and lots of mint jelly. But this lamb dish called Maes Ke Sooley comes a surprise. It's very tender and good without any sauce or gravy needed! The Indian spice rubbed on the meat was enough to make it into a flavorful delight.
Maes Ke Sooley: Lamb rubbed with Indian spices and grilled to perfection! Another favorite of mine!
Paneer Makhani: Chicken in butter curry masala sauce
Shahi Egg Curry: It's a bit on the sweet curry taste. Super good with rice!
Vegetable curry: One must not forget to eat your vegetables despite all the meat fest presented!
What is more wonderful is that during these festivals, the buffet rate in The Cafe remains! These all are a bonus for those who wanted to feel transported to China or India without flying! The buffet rate of The Cafe starts at PhP1,388 net for lunch and PhP1,888 for dinner.

And of course, all the other stations (like the Italian, Japanese, etc.) remain during the festival to ensure that you still get the variety that you want however, majority of the dishes will be according to the theme of the festival.

During the food festivals, expect extraordinary desserts to surprise and tickle your senses like this gift of Hyatt City of Dreams Manila to us which served as a wonderful teaser!
