Spring Awakening tells the story of teenagers experiencing the conflicting emotions, confusing thoughts, and brave curiosity of adolescence. The free-spirited intellectual Melchior is frustrated over the close-minded and conservative nature of society. His buddy Moritz, while being pressured by his school’s unfair system, is haunted by wild sexual dreams.
